The steps
- Log on to HSBC online banking and choose the account.
- Choose Search and filter, set the dates, then Search.
- At the bottom of the list, choose Download.
- Choose CSV, then Continue.
HSBC’s statements are PDF files. The CSV comes from the list of transactions instead.
Then
Open Berm and choose the file on the Import card. It is read on your device and never uploaded; Berm says what it found in each column before anything is added, and importing the same file twice changes nothing.
