Exporting from U.S. Bank.
About a minute, on U.S. Bank's website. Berm has been tested on a file laid out like the one it gives you.
The steps
- Sign in at usbank.com on the full website. The U.S. Bank app has no CSV download.
- Choose your checking account.
- In the Transactions tile, choose the download icon at the top right.
- Pick the dates and CSV, then choose Download.
How far back: Up to 18 months of transactions.
What the file holds
- One amount column: money out is negative.
- Dates year first (2026-08-13).
- No running balance, so Berm asks for your balance once, on a slider.
Then
Open Berm and choose the file on the Import card. It is read on your device and never uploaded; Berm says what it found in each column before anything is added, and importing the same file twice changes nothing.
